Working With Electricity for North America Field Technicians

Problem: Technicians were not consuming course content because of only having mobile phones, which made small text difficult to read. This course is to promote and instruct how to safely work with electricity for AUTO DOORS field technicians within North American.

Solution: The course uses audio AI voiceovers for easier accessibility on mobile devices, triggers and functions so that each slide has to finish before the “next” button is activated. In the LMS version (Learning Management System), the user’s first name is entered into the course automatically, making it personal for each user by name.

Some slides have additional layers which have to be experienced before the course will continue.

The course begins with a either a pre-test or a course option. The pre-test must be passed with 100% to complete the course.  The other option is the full course which contains a final quiz to test the user’s understanding of the content, which must be passed with at least 80%, so that legally the company can prove the user’s competency.

The player for the course contains downloadable resources, a full-screen icon for easier viewing on the user’s device, and a way to control the course’s volume.
